Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Open availability during all restaurant operating hours including pre-opening and post-closing
  • Dependable and able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
  • 3+ years of quick service restaurant management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience managing units with drive-thru preferred
  • ServSafe Manager certification preferred
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Valid state driver's license, active automobile insurance with the minimum liability coverage required
  • Working personal vehicle available for management tasks
  • Physical and mental ability to tolerate noise, temperature extremes, and other elements
  • Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, walk, and twist frequently
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs frequently and 50+ lbs occasionally
  • Ability to reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands throughout shifts
  • Occasionally climb and descend ladders
  • Ability to stand long periods without breaks
  • Ability to work under high-pressure situations

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of quick service restaurant management experience

  • Experience in training and coaching staff
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage financial reports and operational metrics

Job Duties

  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Members
  • Develop an Assistant Manager capable of overseeing the restaurant in the General Manager's absence
  • Execute brand training programs and implement additional training plans
  • Maintain personal and team professional appearance
  • Foster an unbeatable work culture to increase engagement and retention
  • Provide praise and implement progressive discipline when necessary
  • Ensure team adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Establish production management systems to prevent food shortages
  • Lead team to prepare food according to brand recipes and quality standards
  • Train staff to create extraordinary guest experiences and meet service goals
  • Manage speed of service while maintaining quality
  • Address guest feedback and retrain staff as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
  • Conduct operational evaluations and provide coaching
  • Identify and address operational gaps effectively
  • Achieve health department ratings and brand evaluations
  • Review financial reports and drive improvements
  • Implement plans to increase customer traffic and average checks
  • Maintain accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory data
  • Ensure profitability targets are met
  • Cascade information through team meetings and communication boards
  • Report incidents and maintain regulatory compliance
  • Complete and delegate paperwork accuracy
  • Follow safety protocols and report facility issues
  • Implement marketing campaigns and training
  • Complete duties timely and accurately
  • Maintain legal and regulatory standards
