Job Requirements
- Previous general manager experience in a full service restaurant with full bar
- computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, and POS
- results driven and trustworthy
- team oriented
- ability to engage and coach team members
- passion for hospitality industry

- proven experience growing teams and managing business

Job Duties
- Coach teammates and managers on delivering excellent guest experience
- anticipate, identify, and resolve guest experience issues
- interact positively with guests and solicit feedback
- handle and follow up on guest concerns and escalate as necessary
- oversee quality and maintenance of restaurant facilities
- model standards and expected behaviors for staff
- facilitate training on new menu items and operational standards
- write and approve management schedules
- coach on operational excellence and maintenance
- motivate staff to improve performance
- deliver constructive performance feedback and align disciplinary actions
- develop leadership skills in self and teammates
- establish plans for inventory, sales growth, and guest satisfaction
- forecast labor percentages and maintain profitable budgets
- communicate performance improvements
- review sales trends and initiate growth programs
- conduct administrative duties complying with laws
