Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a general manager in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and varied hours
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Local market knowledge preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Previous general manager experience
  • Strong background in hotel management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams
  • Experience with sales and marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of revenue management and financial controls

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget and forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Provide vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire associates to deliver exceptional service and achieve financial goals
  • Execute successful sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue and profitability
  • Manage dynamic revenue strategies and exercise strong financial controls
  • Build and develop a dynamic team through effective coaching and motivation
  • Maintain strong relationships with property owners to ensure alignment and operational success
  • Ensure the hotel operates smoothly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with flexible scheduling
