Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of General Management experience in the QSR industry
- MSc/MA in Business or relevant field preferred
- Availability to work within opening hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and federal and state employment laws
- Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
- Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, business development, and strategy implementation knowledge
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties
- Lead the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives
- Hire, train, and retain staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Operate the restaurant with a focus on profitability and cost control
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EEOC, and employment laws
- Manage financial performance and interpret P&L statements to drive business growth
- Maintain exceptional customer relationship management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including scheduling and quality control
