Job Requirements
- Ability to work a 40 plus hour week
- At least 18 years of age with valid driver license and clean driving record
- Must be able to perform, teach and train all aspects of Assistant Manager, PIC, InShopper and Delivery Driver positions
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations
- Ability to organize and establish priorities with minimal supervision
- Willing to coach and task-manage employees
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver license, car and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 30 to 40 lbs regularly throughout shifts
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift
- Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40 F to -10 F
Job Qualifications
- Jimmy John Manager certification
- ServSafe Manager certification
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook
- Basic understanding of Adobe Acrobat
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of in-store operations including staffing and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Manage inventory and stock ordering
- Control COGS to optimize profitability
- Handle cash management procedures
- Maintain brand compliance and store standards
- Coach, task-manage and train employees
- Execute systems and procedures with full integrity
