Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a 40 plus hour week
  • At least 18 years of age with valid driver license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to perform, teach and train all aspects of Assistant Manager, PIC, InShopper and Delivery Driver positions
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations
  • Ability to organize and establish priorities with minimal supervision
  • Willing to coach and task-manage employees
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid driver license, car and clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift 30 to 40 lbs regularly throughout shifts
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift
  • Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40 F to -10 F

Job Qualifications

  • Jimmy John Manager certification
  • ServSafe Manager certification
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Word
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Acrobat
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of in-store operations including staffing and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Manage inventory and stock ordering
  • Control COGS to optimize profitability
  • Handle cash management procedures
  • Maintain brand compliance and store standards
  • Coach, task-manage and train employees
  • Execute systems and procedures with full integrity
