Job Requirements

  • Must have at least three years of experience in a leadership role in the restaurant, bartending or hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or similar area of focus preferred
  • ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required
  • TABC certification where applicable
  • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Requires alignment with core values performance, communication, leadership, quality, and teamwork

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred
  • Minimum three years leadership experience in restaurant, bartending, or hospitality industry
  • ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization
  • TABC certification where applicable
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in operating systems including Restaurant 365, Upserve, and related platforms

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the venue
  • Lead sales efforts and control cost of goods
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency
  • Oversee food and beverage service and guest relations
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train staff
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and state liquor laws
  • Collaborate with events team to execute activations
  • Monitor financial performance and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain superior customer service standards
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits
