Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining environment preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred
- compliance with state mandated age requirements where applicable for alcohol service
- ability to stand and walk for long periods during shifts
- ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
- physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, and use hands effectively
- strong verbal communication skills
- vision capabilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- ability to access all areas of the restaurant including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- availability to work weekends and varied shifts
- willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation protocols as per current CDC and local guidelines
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in line with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work while appraising employee performance
- maintain a high level of employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a warm, hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to management and staff
- assist team members occasionally with job duties
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests, investigate, and resolve food quality/service issues
- maintain cost controls and profitability
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- manage cash control, inventory, food and labor costs, financial reports, and schedules
- control food and labor costs through effective scheduling and portion control
- ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and assets
- perform all other assigned duties
