Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience managing a restaurant or similar operation
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Capacity to handle physical demands such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in hot or cold environments
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and consistent communication with the team
  • Willingness to adapt and learn continuously

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong people development skills with a focus on coaching and motivating teams
  • Excellent customer service orientation and ability to create positive guest experiences
  • Proven ability to manage operations including inventory, labor, and staffing efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire a team and foster a collaborative work environment

Job Duties

  • Develop yourself and others by focusing on self-improvement while supporting the success of others
  • Lead your four-wall operation including people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
  • Put the customer first by regularly planning, coaching, training, and when necessary, taking corrective action with team members
