Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a high school diploma
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with leadership roles
  • Ability to communicate in English effectively
  • Maintain current health card as required
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Must pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership across all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English effectively
  • Current health card in accordance with state or local requirements
  • Successful completion of SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in managing P&L and restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world class restaurant operations including staff development, food quality, and financial performance
  • Maintain and enforce high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every job role within the restaurant
  • Take accountability for all aspects of restaurant performance and decision-making
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Build and train an effective team providing timely performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain strong financial results
