Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Create, present, and adjust yearly and quarterly operating plans to reflect sales climate and restaurant performance
  • Drive top-line sales through exceptional guest experiences, strategic and community partnerships, and leadership
  • Manage controllable expenses and develop systems to control costs
  • Ensure proper labor management through accurate sales forecasting and weekly schedule reviews
  • Maintain a safe, well-manicured, and organized restaurant environment
  • Partner with Chef de Cuisine to deliver a scratch culinary menu for everyday dining and special events
  • Lead Bar Manager in curating craft cocktail and Tequila programs
  • Collaborate with FB Experiences and FB Society leaders to create innovative experiences driving sales
  • Hire, train, and retain top talent
  • Execute onboarding and orientation for new team members and managers
  • Foster a luxurious and comfortable culture
  • Coach team members with fair and consistent feedback
  • Develop team to own areas of responsibility and set shift standards
  • Lead manager meetings and one-on-ones to review performance and progress
  • Grow internal talent to support brand expansion
