Job Requirements
- three years experience as a restaurant general manager in quick service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operation
- proven track record in meeting food quality, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness benchmarks
- strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- excellent communication skills
- passion for restaurant operations and team success
Job Qualifications
- minimum three years experience as a general manager in a quick service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operations
- proven ability to meet and exceed operational benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- strong leadership and team development skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
- knowledge of restaurant operational systems and procedures
Job Duties
- lead and mentor restaurant team members to ensure operational success
- instill and uphold Wendy's company culture and values among staff
- manage all financial aspects of the restaurant including budgeting and profit sharing
- ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- oversee exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
- develop and implement strategies to achieve benchmarks in food quality and labor management
- foster employee development, engagement, and teamwork within the restaurant
