Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Quick Service Management Restaurant (QSR) industry
- High School Diploma
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Understanding of P&L interpretation to influence profitability
- Familiarity with positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment

- Bachelor of Science or Arts or Master of Science or Arts in Business or relevant field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Quick Service Management Restaurant (QSR) industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of profit and loss (P&L) interpretation
- Familiarity with positive conflict resolution
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
Job Duties
- Lead restaurant management team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives
- Oversee hiring, training, and retention to meet sales and profit goals
- Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction
- Interpret profit and loss statements to influence financial outcomes
- Resolve conflicts positively and maintain a constructive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Develop and promote team members for growth opportunities within the organization
