Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer literacy
- Commitment to guest service and team leadership
- Compliance with all safety and health regulations
Job Qualifications

- Basic business math and accounting knowledge
- Ability to serve alcohol in compliance with state laws as applicable
- College or culinary education preferred
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff oversight and adherence to company policies
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop restaurant employees
- Shape restaurant culture to ensure high levels of employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance job performance and guest satisfaction
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs and initiatives
- Champion sales building activities and optimize table turnover and sales
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- Maintain efficient operations including cash control, inventory management, financial reporting, and scheduling
- Control food and labor costs while ensuring quality standards and proper recipe adherence
- Oversee facility maintenance and proper use of restaurant equipment
- Address and resolve guest complaints and service issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
