- 10+ years of progressive management experience in HVAC or related industries
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and business metrics

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field, or post-secondary certificate or equivalent
- 10+ years of progressive management experience in HVAC, mechanical service, construction, or plumbing industry
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand financial statements and reporting including P&L, POC, and key metrics
- Strong leadership skills supporting a collaborative environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to travel regionally and to enterprise meetings
- Proven record of delivering sustainable and ethical results
- Knowledge of strategic sales planning and resource allocation
- Strong technical knowledge in HVAC service, construction, and plumbing
- Ability to use logic and reasoning in decision-making
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to analyze information for future execution
- Skills in developing and accomplishing goals and plans
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- Teamwork orientation and ability to lead subordinates
Job Duties
- Manage all daily operations to drive team engagement
- Achieve customer satisfaction and desired business results
- Lead all operating departments including HVAC Service, HVAC Construction, and Plumbing
- Establish and support departmental policies, goals, and objectives
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members
- Develop skills and knowledge of team members for career growth
- Maintain strong strategic customer relationships
- Partner with leaders to recruit, hire, and retain top technicians
- Coordinate and conduct safety requirements and improve best practices
- Lead monthly safety meetings
- Collaborate on key metrics and activities between service and construction
- Assist in annual budget development and manage performance
- Supervise all assigned personnel effectively
- Ensure goal setting and performance management
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties
