Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of management experience
- previous restaurant General Manager experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
- ability to manage and direct work of others
- ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
- passion for training and developing your team
