Job Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business hospitality or a related field
  • Previous hotel management experience
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work standing for extended periods walking pushing lifting up to 25 pounds bending reaching stooping using fingers and hands kneeling or crouching
  • Occasional travel availability

Job Duties

  • Lead inspire and mentor a diverse team cultivating a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability
  • Set clear expectations and provide guidance to achieve exceptional performance
  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction overseeing the implementation of service standards personalized experiences and swift resolution of issues
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance guest interactions and exceed expectations
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue optimize expenses and achieve budgetary goals
  • Monitor financial performance through regular analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Oversee all hotel operations including front office housekeeping and maintenance ensuring quality and safety standards
