Job Requirements

  • Desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development
  • Strong, excellent, and effective people oriented relationship skills
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and use hands to prepare sandwiches
  • Display drive, determination, punctuality, and work responsibility
  • 3-5 years experience leading a diverse restaurant team or equivalent education
  • Adequate driving record including valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently with various personalities
  • Background check completed satisfactorily
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant or equivalent education
  • Strong, excellent, and effective people-oriented relationship skills
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance with an adequate driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently
  • Background check completed satisfactorily
  • At least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Inspire and support team to provide best service to customers
  • Ensure restaurant has adequate capacity by generating weekly schedules
  • Maintain a positive family culture through coaching, disciplinary measures, and hiring
  • Oversee and participate in ordering and inventory management
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety using maintenance and food safety guidelines
  • Adapt to various situations to support team roles
  • Resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns
  • Execute marketing plans accurately and on time
  • Review financial statements and progress with District Manager
  • Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Have fun while working
