Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the food/hospitality industry with successful management of high-volume establishments
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Strong business operations knowledge and financial data analysis ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to prioritize in fast-paced settings
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must work at least 30 hours per week

Job Duties
- Create and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of individuals to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction
- Manage daily operations including inventory control, staff scheduling, and cash management
- Implement and maintain strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
- Drive sales growth through effective marketing initiatives and successful execution of promotional campaigns
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to achieve targets
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and personal development
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and clean work environment
