Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of hotel general manager experience
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and operations
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • One or more years of experience as a hotel general manager
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a dedicated team of staff members
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to the team
  • Ensure the hotel is guest ready and maintain high cleanliness standards
  • Address guest concerns and manage guest reviews
  • Follow brand guidelines and operational deadlines
  • Manage budgets, labor, occupancy, and profit and loss
  • Network in the local community and lead marketing initiatives
  • Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Cover employee shifts as needed
  • Follow property emergency procedures
