Job Requirements
- Must be ServSafe certified
- must be certified Moe’s manager
- ability to handle pressures of managing multiple activities and team members
- self-discipline and strong initiative

- ability to supervise 15-25 team members
- weekly work hours approximately 50

- willingness to deliver catering as needed
Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not required
- previous restaurant experience required
- knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
- valid driver’s license
- eligibility to work in the United States
- agreement to background check
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- ensure 100% guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service and cleanliness
- respond to guest complaints and take necessary actions to retain customers
- provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
- maintain staffing plans, interview prospective employees and follow staffing processes
- develop team members through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- create a positive work environment known in the community as the place to work
- enforce sanitary practices and maintain health inspection scores of 90% or higher
- ensure compliance with Moe's and Sterling operational standards, maintaining high scores on corporate inspections
- manage food flow to ensure quality, portion control, and minimize waste
- ensure proper security procedures to protect guests, employees, and assets
- maintain a safe work environment and complete incident reports timely
- manage shifts effectively
- investigate mystery shopper and internal audit reports and develop improvement plans
- adhere to Sterling standards for sales, labor hours, and food/paper cost goals
- utilize monthly profit and loss reports to improve profitability
- ensure all financial reporting is accurate and timely
- book one spirit night event per month
- promote strong community involvement of restaurant and staff
