Job Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role in retail or food service

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while meeting quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Lead a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities
- Set goals with Department Managers and follow up on their progress
- Provide mentoring and direction to improve departments and overall restaurant performance
- Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
