Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Oversee daily site operations ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards
- Manage and develop team members through coaching and performance optimization
- Implement and drive local sales and marketing strategies to increase customer growth
- Maintain site conditions to be consistently clean, safe and show-ready
- Collaborate with technical support and contracted services to resolve operational issues
- Manage damage claims and oversee procurement and inventory control
- Represent the company in community outreach and local marketing efforts
