Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily site operations ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards
  • Manage and develop team members through coaching and performance optimization
  • Implement and drive local sales and marketing strategies to increase customer growth
  • Maintain site conditions to be consistently clean, safe and show-ready
  • Collaborate with technical support and contracted services to resolve operational issues
  • Manage damage claims and oversee procurement and inventory control
  • Represent the company in community outreach and local marketing efforts
