Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of management experience in retail or service industry
- ability to work up to 50 hours per week including weekends
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proficiency with POS systems and operational equipment
- excellent customer service orientation
- ability to handle multiple priorities and stay organized

Job Duties
- lead by example by setting the gold standard for customer service quality and cleanliness
- create a positive fun and upbeat work environment
- coach and inspire the team on products services promotions and best practices
- master the POS system wash equipment and service processes
- partner with HR and operations team to hire train and evaluate supervisors sales reps and crew members
- handle customer or employee issues with professionalism and a smile
- manage inventory equipment repairs and general store operations
- plan ahead to ensure smooth staffing and efficient labor management
