Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
- Ability to travel locally within the Phoenix Valley
- Positive, team-first mentality
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and modern restaurant tech tools
- Strong communication, leadership, and operational skills

Job Duties
- Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, FOH and BOH
- Lead and mentor managers, supervisors, and hourly team members
- Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and food quality
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer service and team leadership
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees with excellence
- Coach and support team members through performance management and goal setting
- Forecast inventory, place orders, and control food and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and security standards
- Partner with the Regional Operations Manager on reporting, planning, and strategic growth
- Travel as needed to assist with training, onboarding, and opening new locations in 2026
