Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- open availability during all restaurant hours including pre-opening and post-closing
- dependable and able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
- 3+ years of quick service restaurant management experience
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- experience managing units with drive-thrus preferred
- ServSafe Manager certification preferred
- high school diploma preferred
- valid state driver’s license, active automobile insurance with minimum required liability coverage, and reliable personal vehicle
- physical and mental ability to tolerate noise, extreme temperatures, and other elements
- frequently bend, kneel, squat, stand, walk, and twist at waist
- push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50+ lbs occasionally
- reach, grasp, and manipulate objects for entire shift
- occasionally climb and descend ladders
- remain active standing for long periods without break
- work under pressure during high-volume periods and remain calm with teammates and guests
Job Qualifications

- 3+ years of quick service restaurant management experience

Job Duties
- Recruits, interviews, hires, trains, coaches, and develops assistant managers, shift managers, and team members
- responsible for developing an assistant manager to oversee the restaurant during general manager’s absence
- executes brand training program and implements additional training plans
- maintains personal and team professional appearance
- delivers a work culture that drives engagement, increases retention, and decreases turnover
- provides praise and recognition to reinforce positive behaviors
- implements progressive discipline as necessary
- ensures team adherence to food safety standards
- establishes production systems to avoid food shortages
- leads preparation and service to brand quality standards
- trains team to achieve extraordinary guest experience and service goals
- achieves speed of service goals without compromising quality
- investigates and resolves guest feedback
- conducts retraining or coaching based on feedback
- maintains clean and safe restaurant environment and brand standards
- conducts daily evaluations and provides team coaching
- addresses operational gaps timely
- achieves high health and brand evaluation ratings
- reviews financial reports and drives operational improvements
- implements sales growth plans
- maintains accuracy in cash, sales, and inventory data
- ensures profitability targets are met
- communicates brand initiatives to team
- cascades information through meetings and boards
- reports injuries and incidents promptly
- completes and delegates administrative duties, including paperwork and schedules
- ensures safety protocols and facility issues are addressed
