Job Requirements
- 5 plus years management experience leading large teams (30 plus employees)
- ability to provide high level service and create a strong sense of community for customer base
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- strong critical thinking skills and proactive approach to problem solving
- must be able to lift 30 lbs and be on your feet for long periods of time
- must be available on weekends and evening nights
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage the facility’s training, scheduling, hiring, and performance assessment, including ensuring the facility is properly staffed at all times
- problem solve facility issues and customer concerns in a professional manner
- create a positive and fun learning environment for all students
- engage in continuous training opportunities for all staff
- oversee facility budgets, meet financial targets and implement revenue generating initiatives
- maintain proper pool chemicals and pump room operations
- ensure safety of patrons and staff in the facility at all times
