Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • passion for training and team development
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to foster positive guest engagement
  • must be able to champion change

Job Qualifications
