Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
- compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
- ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods
- ability to push, lift, carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach, handle objects, and use tools
- ability to bend, stoop, taste, and smell
- ability to verbally communicate
- adequate vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
- physical ability to access all restaurant areas
- availability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations following company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance and handle discipline including termination
- address complaints and resolve problems
- shape restaurant culture to ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
- occasionally assist with job duties
- champion sales building and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- maintain efficient operations and control costs
- ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, inventory, food, and labor costs
- manage food cost by following recipes and portion control
- optimize labor scheduling
- ensure proper use of equipment
- maintain facility and company assets
- perform all other assigned duties
