Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of management experience
- Previous restaurant General Manager experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service
- Familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
- Proficiency in computer operations
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
Job Qualifications
- 4-5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting
- Previous experience as a General Manager
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
- Ability to manage and direct the work of others
- Strong passion for training and developing team members
- Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
Job Duties
- Create legendary experiences for guests
- Oversee local restaurant marketing
- Manage Profit and Loss statement results
- Lead restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives
- Oversee community connection and fundraising activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
- Champion change and develop the team
