Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 4 years experience in restaurant leadership
- experience in family dining, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- ability to work various shifts including weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of OSHA and health/safety regulations
- ability to manage food and labor costs
- availability to stand for entire shift and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to use hands and reach
- verbal communication skills
- vision capabilities including close and color vision
- ability to access all restaurant areas
- adherence to company policies and procedures
- willingness to perform all job-related duties assigned
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- strong planning and organization skills
- dedication to exceptional guest service
- excellent computer and analytical skills
- exceptional team building capability
- basic business math and accounting knowledge
- ability to manage multiple projects

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline staff including termination
- address complaints and resolve problems
- cultivate a positive restaurant culture and employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and Cascade corporate programs
- assist team members with duties as needed
- lead sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales metrics
- meet and greet guests and resolve service issues
- maintain efficient operations and control costs
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- follow cash control and security procedures
- manage inventory, food, and labor costs
- review financial reports and take action
- manage equipment and facility maintenance
