Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Must have the ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability with expected 50-hour work week

- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class operations including staff development and restaurant upkeep
- Drive high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Perform every job in the restaurant as needed
- Serve as the ultimate decision-maker and be held accountable for restaurant performance
- Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and staff
- Build effective teams through training, development, and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
