Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Must have the ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability with expected 50-hour work week

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class operations including staff development and restaurant upkeep
  • Drive high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform every job in the restaurant as needed
  • Serve as the ultimate decision-maker and be held accountable for restaurant performance
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and staff
  • Build effective teams through training, development, and performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain strong and consistent financial results
