Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4-6 years of restaurant experience preferred
  • Prior leadership role experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Ability to manage employee performance and foster a positive culture

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience required
  • 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and P&L management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to serve alcohol per state regulations if applicable
  • Strong team-building and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • Plan, assign, and direct work while managing employee performance
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve high employee engagement and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
  • Communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to staff
  • Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs, and review financial reports
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety policies
  • Manage facility and company assets
  • Perform other duties as assigned
