Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years of restaurant experience preferred
- Prior leadership role experience
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Ability to manage employee performance and foster a positive culture
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and P&L management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to serve alcohol per state regulations if applicable
- Strong team-building and conflict resolution skills
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work while managing employee performance
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve high employee engagement and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to staff
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs, and review financial reports
- Enforce OSHA and company safety policies
- Manage facility and company assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
