Job Requirements

- Minimum of two years experience in restaurant management or a related supervisory role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

- Experience in staff training and team development
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations

- Problem-solving and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Lead and inspire restaurant team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control
- Oversee financial performance by monitoring budgets, sales goals, and expenses
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
- Implement company policies and standards to maintain brand consistency
- Handle employee training, development, and performance evaluations
- Drive initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
