Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience in restaurant management or a related supervisory role

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire restaurant team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control
  • Oversee financial performance by monitoring budgets, sales goals, and expenses
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
  • Implement company policies and standards to maintain brand consistency
  • Handle employee training, development, and performance evaluations
  • Drive initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
