Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Physical stamina to work 50-80 hours per week
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and days off as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl occasionally

- Proven experience in a fast food management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and understanding fractions
- Ability to manage inventory and financial transactions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with training and developing employees
- Ability to perform physical tasks as required
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Manage a staff of assistant managers and 15-30 employees depending on location
- Assign, oversee, and evaluate work for compliance
- Manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline, and termination of employees
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching for new employees
- Delegate and be responsible for ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies to minimize waste or theft
- Assist in supervision, preparation, sales, and service of food
- Forecast food items by estimating consumption per shift
- Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
- Assist team members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency
- Greet customers, take orders, use the cash register, assemble orders, and check for completeness and accuracy
- Ensure every customer receives world-class customer service
- Complete daily food preparations including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products
- Execute systems and procedures with integrity and completeness
- Complete daily, weekly, and periodic paperwork with accuracy
- Control inventory using weekly inventory systems and maintain regular inventory ordering schedules
- Conduct weekly manager meetings
- Audit systems, procedures, and end-of-shift paperwork
- Complete preventative maintenance and upkeep on store equipment and supplies
- Manage cash drawers during shifts
- Handle deposits and changes per Deposit Operating Procedure
- Perform other related duties as required
