Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year experience leading motivating or developing others or US military service

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service and crew management
  • Lead and manage people processes including recruiting hiring onboarding staffing and performance management
  • Train coach and motivate employees to deliver exceptional service
  • Plan and make critical business decisions related to inventory budget and food costs
  • Ensure food safety measures are implemented and maintained to company standards
  • Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
  • Oversee operational needs including maintenance plans to exceed standards of excellence
