Job Requirements

- At least one year experience leading motivating or developing others or US military service

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service and crew management
- Lead and manage people processes including recruiting hiring onboarding staffing and performance management
- Train coach and motivate employees to deliver exceptional service
- Plan and make critical business decisions related to inventory budget and food costs
- Ensure food safety measures are implemented and maintained to company standards
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee operational needs including maintenance plans to exceed standards of excellence
