Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
- Compliance with state-mandated age requirements for alcohol-serving restaurants
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and perform various physical tasks
- Ability to communicate verbally and visually
- Ability to access all restaurant areas including sales floor, stock, and register areas
- Commitment to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to use hands for handling, reaching, and feeling objects
- Ability to taste and smell
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- A minimum of 4-6 years experience in family, fast food, or casual dining restaurants preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and handle employee rewards, discipline, and terminations
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and foster high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a warm, hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
- Occasionally assist team members with category job duties
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure OSHA, health, and safety codes compliance
- Enforce safe work behaviors for guests and crew
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control daily operations including cash security, inventory management, scheduling, financial review, and appropriate actions
- Manage food, labor, carryout costs and other controllables
- Follow recipes and portion control to manage food costs
- Optimize employee schedules and monitor sales performance
- Ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform all other duties as assigned
