- 4-5 years of management experience
- Previous restaurant General Manager experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
- Ability to manage and direct others
- Strong passion for training and team development
- Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements

- Analyze Profit and Loss statements to ensure financial goals are met
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
- Lead community connection and fundraising activities
- Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
