Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • Previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
  • Ability to manage and direct others
  • Strong passion for training and team development
  • Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements

  • Analyze Profit and Loss statements to ensure financial goals are met
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
  • Lead community connection and fundraising activities
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
