Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate
  • Physical and/or medical requirements
  • Minimum 5 day, 50 hour work week
  • Open availability including nights and weekends
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work varying schedules and locations across the island

Job Duties

  • Manage staffing and development to cover all shifts effectively
  • Oversee succession planning for key roles including GM, AGM, and Supervisory Leaders
  • Ensure compliance with government laws and company policies
  • Monitor and control inventory and labor costs, and follow up on sales, cost of sales, and cost of labor variances
  • Deliver attentive and hospitable customer service and maintain high food quality standards
  • Maintain clean and sanitary environment adhering to brand standards
  • Manage safety by enforcing rules and fostering a safety-first culture
  • Maintain restaurant assets and address deficiencies promptly
  • Respond to employee concerns and conduct timely performance evaluations
  • Coach and train management and staff to improve performance
  • Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
