Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate
- Physical and/or medical requirements
- Minimum 5 day, 50 hour work week
- Open availability including nights and weekends
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work varying schedules and locations across the island

Job Duties
- Manage staffing and development to cover all shifts effectively
- Oversee succession planning for key roles including GM, AGM, and Supervisory Leaders
- Ensure compliance with government laws and company policies
- Monitor and control inventory and labor costs, and follow up on sales, cost of sales, and cost of labor variances
- Deliver attentive and hospitable customer service and maintain high food quality standards
- Maintain clean and sanitary environment adhering to brand standards
- Manage safety by enforcing rules and fostering a safety-first culture
- Maintain restaurant assets and address deficiencies promptly
- Respond to employee concerns and conduct timely performance evaluations
- Coach and train management and staff to improve performance
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
