Job Duties
- Hire train and develop a team of sales consultants office managers and support staff to achieve sales center profitability customer satisfaction and referral generation
- Provide positive leadership in implementation and adherence to the Cavco sales system and operating principles
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service
- Oversee daily retail operations ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
- Motivate and manage team performance to meet and exceed sales targets
- Coordinate with the Regional Vice President for reporting and strategic planning
- Resolve customer issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and retention
