Job Requirements
- Current Assistant General Manager or equivalent
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership capability
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to embrace the fun and energetic culture of Hooters

Job Duties
- Leading the entire restaurant operation from front-of-house to back-of-house excellence
- Supporting and developing managers and team members to maintain smooth service and high energy
- Managing scheduling, payroll, inventory, and daily business tasks
- Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficient restaurant operations
- Driving sales, increasing profitability, and achieving performance goals
- Promoting the Hooters brand and providing memorable guest experiences
- Partnering with the Regional Director to grow the business and build a winning team
- Handling hiring, training, coaching, and team development
- Leading by example to create a fun, respectful, and professional work environment
