Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience in restaurant management
- ServSafe certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle guest service and food safety standards
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws
- Ability to perform inventory and manage cash procedures
- Ability to respond calmly in emergency situations

- Two years of experience as a restaurant manager
- Knowledge of guest service and food handling
- Knowledge of the restaurant industry
- ServSafe certification

Job Duties
- Ensure all menu items are made to recipe and presented attractively
- Forecast food production and implement Food Production system
- Follow opening and closing procedures and conduct cooler stripping
- Receive and store products to ensure quality and freshness
- Assist in guest satisfaction and increase guest count
- Run shift in absence of General Manager or Kitchen Manager
- Ensure catering and take-out guidelines are followed
- Handle guest complaints effectively
- Maintain Health Department and Company sanitation policies
- Obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- Maintain equipment and ensure OSHA safety standards
- Complete daily paperwork and follow cash control guidelines
- Participate in inventory and comply with reporting procedures
- Monitor food, labor, and operational costs
- Assist in recruiting and training staff
- Manage employee records and monitor days off
- Foster a positive work environment and improve staff morale
- Participate in training programs and management meetings
- Support disciplinary procedures and complete termination reports
