Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership role experience
- Minimum 4-6 years in relevant restaurant industry
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, use hands, bend, stoop
- Ability to taste, smell, and communicate verbally
- Ability to visually focus and perceive surroundings
- Ability to access all restaurant areas including sales floor and stock areas
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College and/or culinary schooling preferred
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff in compliance with company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise employee performance
- Reward and discipline employees including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and foster a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and variances to management
- Cascade corporate programs and initiatives
- Assist team members with duties as needed
- Champion sales building and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain operational efficiency, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- Enforce safe workplace behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, scheduling, and review reports
- Manage P&L including food, labor, and controllable costs
- Follow recipes and portion control
- Conduct weekly inventory
- Optimize labor scheduling
- Ensure proper use of equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
