Job Requirements

  • Must have prior management experience in restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • physical ability to bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various temperature conditions

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations and team members

  • manage people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
  • prioritize customer service, including staff coaching, training, and corrective actions
