Job Requirements

  • At least four years of progressive senior hotel management experience
  • prior general manager or company/flag experience required for certain roles
  • ability to deliver profitable revenues
  • ability to read, write, and communicate professionally in English
  • capacity to exert up to 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently
  • ability to stand or walk for long hours
  • ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
  • ability to handle chemicals, fumes, dust, and other hazards
  • willingness to work long hours including standing and walking

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business management preferred
  • prior experience as general manager or senior hotel management roles
  • experience in food and beverage and rooms management
  • proven leadership and management skills
  • strong financial acumen
  • excellent communication skills in English
  • ability to handle difficult situations politely and effectively

Job Duties

  • Oversee all hotel departments including management and staff
  • walk the property daily to monitor operations and mentor managers
  • engage with guests and staff to enhance service quality
  • manage budgets, financial performance, and forecasting
  • develop and implement innovative strategies to drive profitability
  • communicate effectively with corporate team and ownership
  • serve as manager on duty
