Job Requirements
- At least four years of progressive senior hotel management experience
- prior general manager or company/flag experience required for certain roles
- ability to deliver profitable revenues
- ability to read, write, and communicate professionally in English
- capacity to exert up to 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently
- ability to stand or walk for long hours
- ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
- ability to handle chemicals, fumes, dust, and other hazards
- willingness to work long hours including standing and walking
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business management preferred
- prior experience as general manager or senior hotel management roles
- experience in food and beverage and rooms management
- proven leadership and management skills
- strong financial acumen
- excellent communication skills in English
- ability to handle difficult situations politely and effectively
Job Duties
- Oversee all hotel departments including management and staff
- walk the property daily to monitor operations and mentor managers
- engage with guests and staff to enhance service quality
- manage budgets, financial performance, and forecasting
- develop and implement innovative strategies to drive profitability
- communicate effectively with corporate team and ownership
- serve as manager on duty
