Job Requirements

  • Four or more years in management or supervisory role in restaurant or retail/hospitality industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule
  • Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform physical motions involving pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations to achieve sales and financial goals

  • Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints
  • Maintain efficient operational systems and procedures
