Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of management experience preferably in restaurants
- ability to work 47 to 50 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- capability to stand for long periods and work in close quarters
- ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds
- basic computer skills
- knowledge of labor laws and food safety practices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of management experience preferably in a restaurant setting
- basic computer knowledge
- financial and analytical skills including budgeting and P&L management
- strong organizational and planning abilities
