Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Previous General Manager experience
- Experience working in high volume restaurant environments
- Strong leadership and team building abilities
- Ability to meet McDonald's critical operational standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- Background in hospitality or retail is valuable

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Work with leadership to set goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and support Department Managers by providing coaching, direction, and performance follow-up
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and discipline within the restaurant
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through operational excellence
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain compliance with company policies
