Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant experience
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards
  • Ability to manage financial aspects including budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to engage with the community and develop marketing initiatives

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, and sales forecasting
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Creative approach to marketing and community outreach
  • Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude

Job Duties

  • Run a strong restaurant business including P&L management
  • Hire, train, and mentor restaurant staff
  • Oversee food preparation ensuring safety and quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • Develop and execute creative marketing and community engagement strategies
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Assist in daily operations as needed
