Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant experience
- Strong understanding of food safety standards
- Ability to manage financial aspects including budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to engage with the community and develop marketing initiatives
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, and sales forecasting
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Creative approach to marketing and community outreach
- Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Job Duties
- Run a strong restaurant business including P&L management
- Hire, train, and mentor restaurant staff
- Oversee food preparation ensuring safety and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Develop and execute creative marketing and community engagement strategies
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Assist in daily operations as needed
