Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years of restaurant experience preferably in leadership roles
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to access all areas of the restaurant
- Basic computer literacy
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
- Must meet any state-mandated alcohol service age requirements where applicable

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise employee performance and provide rewards or disciplinary actions including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Foster a positive restaurant culture and high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and maintain a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to staff
- Assist team members with tasks as needed
- Champion sales building and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost controls
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety regulations
- Enforce safe work practices
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control inventory, food and labor costs
- Manage weekly inventories and schedules
- Maintain restaurant equipment and facilities
- Perform all other assigned duties
