Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership role experience required
- Minimum of 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- Knowledge of state laws regarding alcohol service for managers
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical tasks
- Adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to manage restaurant operations and staff
- Basic computer literacy

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work while appraising employee performance
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors for a safe environment
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and daily activities
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs, and financial reports
- Manage P&L and optimize food and labor costs
- Control food costs through recipes and portion control
- Manage labor schedules and monitor sales performance
- Ensure proper use of equipment and maintain company assets
- Perform all other assigned duties
